Joining Criteria:
All the "welders" have to appear a skill test in the factory. Candidates will be deputed as per their test remarks given by the factory.
1. If they clear the test with "A+" remarks they will eligible for salary of "A+ Welder".
2. If they clear the test with "A" remarks they will eligible for salary of "A Welder".
3. If they fail in skill test, they will be deputed as "Trainee Welder or Operator or Helper" as per the requirements of the company.
4. For any other trade candidates will be directly deputed as "Trainee Operator or Helper" as per the requirements of the company.
Accommodation: As company is not providing any accommodation facility, therefore, candidates have to arrange the accommodation of their own. Though, our team will provide them subsidized accommodation with one time refundable security deposit of Rs 2000/- and rent as per the size of room and staying number of candidates. The security deposit will be refunded after 11 months. Before that if candidate changes the accommodation or leave the job then security deposit will not be refund at any cost.
Food: Food will be provided on duty time.
Safety: For safety tools candidates have to purchase by them-self or they have to pay Rs. 300-500/- we will provide.
Terms and Conditions:

1. Candidates should be mentally and physically fit.
2. Candidates should have valid Id and Address proof.
3. Age limit is 18years to 32 years.
4. Alcohol and tobacco is prohibited in factory premises.
5. Candidates have to work for minimum of 1 year from the date of joining.
6. All the candidates have to report at the given joining date with all the original documents.
7. Document Required: Address proof, Identity proof, Educational Certificates, original along with 2 set of Xerox and bio-data 3 pices.
11 passport photo.
