We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our clients. You will help install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.

-regarding hardware, software and networking
- Walking customers through installing applications and computer to diagnose problems
- Conduct remote troubleshooting
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
- Help create technical documentation and manuals

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer/ Technical Support Engineer/Trainees or similar role
OR
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/switches/firewalls/server/cisco hardware
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
